The short version: MojiMask is a simple photo-editing app. Use it for photos you have the right to edit, be respectful of the people in them, and the app is provided as-is without guarantees.
Premium is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle (or rather, don't collect) your data.
Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using MojiMask (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MojiMask on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
Your photos and content
You keep all rights to the photos you edit with MojiMask — we never see them, store them, or claim any ownership over them. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and share any photo you use with the app, and for respecting the privacy and rights of anyone appearing in it.
Don't use MojiMask to create or share content that is illegal, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights.
In-app purchases
MojiMask Premium is an optional, one-time, non-subscription purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. All billing, payment, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms — we don't process payments or issue refunds directly. See Apple's Report a Problem page to request a refund.
Intellectual property
The MojiMask name, logo, and app design are owned by us. Emoji graphics are provided by Apple's system font and are Apple's (and the Unicode Consortium's) intellectual property, not ours.
No warranty
MojiMask is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that face detection will work perfectly on every photo.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MojiMask. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using MojiMask at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use MojiMask after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Apple's standard terms
Because MojiMask is distributed through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
